All digital products, including music downloads, are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details before making a purchase. For physical products, such as records and merchandise, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
